Top Ten Tuesday is a book meme hosted by The Broke and Bookish. This week’s topic is a dangerous one: books I want to read but don’t yet own. Because something happens to me when I start thinking about books I want to read but don’t yet own. That something is that I end up click clicking and next thing you know, I do own those books! They are wending their way to South Dakota and I am wondering why I can’t pay off my credit card this month. Books. Books would be the answer.

The Girl and the Bicycle was just on a wish list of mine and presto, I now own it. Don’t know how that happened (it did have something to do with a promotion card someone passed on to me so no credit cards involved . . . )
Great list! Some I think are non-negotiable!
I love picture books and sharing them with the students that visit our school library. I don’t know any of these but love the look of Julia’s House for Lost Creatures…

I love that you talk picture books!! I’ve had the pleasure of reading some of these already. Love Julia’s House for Lost Creatures (huge fan of Ben Hatke’s Zita books), and of course Quest is just as breathtaking as Journey was. I liked Girl and the Bicycle too.
